System administrator

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining LANs, WANs, SANs knowledge in virtual switches and routing;

• Ensuring security and compliance with policies;

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux, hybrid);

• Managing AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS and other directory services;

• Applying patches, updates, and monitoring server health;

• Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place;

• Managing virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc). Monitoring, optimizing, and scaling services;

• Configuring storage solutions (SAN, NAS, or cloud storage);

• Implementing backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss. Monitoring and scaling;

• Managing AV, EP, and IDS/IPS;

• Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Using monitoring tools to track system health and performance (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix);

• Performing regular audits and capacity planning.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with servers (Windows, Linux, hybrid);

• Experience in managing virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.);

• Knowledge in compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001);

• Professional level of English language;

• Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks;

• Organizational, communication skills and attention to detail.
