The Job Role:

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Design & test UI elements
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
• Collaborate with the team members of the product development to align on the implementation of new features and functionalities
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and test activities to analyze and predict user behavior
• Conduct layout adaptation based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Identify opportunities to improve an existing product’s features and designs
• Evolve patterns, styles, and best practices with a forward-thinking mindset that is open to exploring new ideas and approaches
• Create, contribute to, and manage design systems

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Adobe XD
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent visual design skills
• Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design
• Wireframing and UI prototyping
• Attention to detail and aesthetics
• Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography, and color theory
• Up to date with the latest design, UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies
• Good time management and multitasking skills

Extra contribution:

• Experience with CSS/JS/HTML
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
