This is the reason why we are expanding our Platform&Payments Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    Responsibilities

    • Produce User Manuals, How-to documents, Architecture diagrams, Integration API documents, Training documents, and other supporting documents
    • Create content for experienced technical users along with documentation for end-users
    • Collaborate with Software Developers, Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and TS Engineers to develop and review information, and internal and external training resources
    • Determine end-users need for technical documentation

    Requirements

    • 3+ years’ experience ideally as a Software Technical Writer or any other relevant field to technical documentation. Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable, with attention to detail, correctness, and consistency
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1)
    • Experience with Single Sourcing and authoring tools (Madcap Flare, DITA)
    • Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts and to translate these concepts clearly and concisely even to users who have nontechnical backgrounds
    • Able to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
    • Detail-oriented and precise in creating documentation
