    Being part of the fast-paced iGaming industry, our company is growing rapidly through a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. As a result, we are expanding our Platform & Payments Department and are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our team

     

    This role is essential for leading the design and development of scalable and secure systems, mentoring developers, and driving architectural decisions that align with business goals.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting .NET best practices, clean architecture, and secure coding standards
    • Lead and participate in the development of backend systems related to CRM and bonus modules
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and maintainable solutions
    • Collaborate closely with System Architects to ensure architectural alignment and technical consistency
    • Work with the Product Team to enrich backlog items with technical context and estimations
    • Proactively identify and lead refactoring opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and code clarity without impacting deliverables
    • Drive the implementation of architectural enablers, including PoCs and technical spikes to reduce risk
    • Promote and support automation, CI/CD practices, and development tooling improvements
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production environments
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-ART (Agile Release Train) environment to ensure end-to-end delivery
    • Participate in incident management processes, including root cause analysis and documentation
    • Maintain and evolve technical documentation to support transparency and onboarding
    • Communicate clearly about technical risks and escalate impediments when necessary

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of professional experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, high-availability distributed systems
    • Experience with real-time data processing and low-latency applications
    • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
    • In-depth knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB) and ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate)
    • Experience with in-memory data stores (Redis, Aerospike)
    • Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
    • Solid understanding of security best practices and secure coding principles
    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
    • Experience mentoring developers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in multi-team, Agile environments
    • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
