We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Lead to join our Player Engagement Team. This role is crucial for driving the development of high-quality software products, maintaining existing systems, and supporting innovation through best practices, mentoring, and hands-on technical leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and actively participate in software development projects related to CRM and bonus systems
Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards and encourage continuous improvement
Identify and implement new tools, techniques, and technologies to optimize development processes
Support team members with technical problem-solving, mentoring, and sharing best practices
Collaborate with DevOps and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
Create proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for complex challenges
Maintain and update technical documentation
Train and onboard new team members
Contribute to the company’s innovation initiatives and process optimizations
Adhere to internal company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality rules
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a similar or relevant technical role
Proven experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
Strong knowledge of C# and development of web-based applications
Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB)
Experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate)
Hands-on experience with in-memory data stores (Redis, Aerospike)
Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other Pub/Sub systems)
Experience using tools like Jira, GitLab, or other project management platforms
