    The Sportsbook Product Manager plays a critical role in managing the development and enhancement of sportsbook products and features. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the sportsbook product meets the needs of our B2B partners and aligns with the overall business strategy. Reporting to the Sportsbook Chief Product Officer, the ideal candidate will be passionate about sports betting & gaming, consumer user experience and data analytics.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, in alignment with the product vision and business strategy for multiple elements of the Sportsbook vertical:
      Trading capability – third party providers, owned IP and the colleague tools needed to deliver a profitable betting proposition suitable for global distribution
      CRM – promotional mechanics and systematic capabilities that empower the organization to drive consumer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across its B2B partners
      Sportsbook consumer interface – UX and feature sets that resonate with consumers from multiple geographic locations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria based on market research and user feedback
    • Advocate for the end user – whether colleagues, b2b partners or consumers – by ensuring that product features are intuitive, engaging and accessible
    • Work closely with engineering, design, trading and account management teams to deliver high-quality products that enhance the user experience
    • Develop user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements
    • Manage a team of Product Owners who will be immersed into cross functional teams with the primary role of ensuring that all product requirements are translated into detailed and precise actionable tasks for engineers
    • Alongside the Program Lead, facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives to ensure effective project management best practice
    • Conduct useability testing and gather feedback to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction
    • Utilize analytics tools to generate insight and reports that inform future product iterations and marketing strategies
    • Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, consumer/b2b partner engagement and colleague satisfaction
    • Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps and performance metrics to stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and b2b partners
    •  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor insight
    •  Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure products meet legal standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Information technologies, or relevant field
    • 2 years+ of experience as a Product Manager within the Sports betting industry
    • Strong understanding of Sportsbook Operations – Trading, CRM, Site Experience & Account Management
    • Proven track record of having managed digital products and features from concept to launch across multiple geographic target audiences
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
    • Proficient in project management methodologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
    • Passion for sports and gaming, with a deep understanding of consumer preference
    • Detail-orientated mindset with a focus on quality and user satisfaction
    • Strong command of the English Language (verbal and written)
