    Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an exceptional Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across multiple teams and help shape the future of our organization. This role isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can break down barriers, and knows how to get things done. Platform & Payments Department team and are now looking for fresh and enthusiastic individuals

    As part of our Agile Transformation Unit, you’ll be on the front lines, guiding teams, fine-tuning Agile processes, and ensuring we don’t just follow Agile—we live it. You’ll collaborate with high-performing teams and leadership to create an environment where agility fuels innovation and results.

    Responsibilities

    • Champion Agile principles across the organization, driving real, measurable change
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) with energy and purpose
    • Proactively remove obstacles and keep teams focused, productive, and moving forward
    • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear, well-prioritized backlog that enables continuous delivery
    • Coach teams toward self-organization, ownership, and accountability
    • Use Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to optimize team performance—data, not gut feelings
    • Engage with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align Agile strategies with business goals
    • Be a catalyst for Agile transformation, helping scale practices across teams and the organization

    Requirements

    • Battle-tested Scrum Master with deep experience leading Agile teams in complex environments
    • You know Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS inside and out—and you know when to adapt rather than follow a textbook
    • A natural problem solver and change driver who doesn’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken
    • A master at cutting through noise, keeping teams focused, and driving momentum
    • Skilled at coaching teams, stakeholders, and executives—helping everyone level up in Agile
    • Comfortable with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro
    • You’ve worked with distributed teams and know how to build alignment across different time zones
    • You see challenges as opportunities and thrive in environments where others might hesitate
    • You believe in leading through influence, not authority—getting people on board through insight and action
    •  You can drive Agile transformation without friction, keeping collaboration at the heart of change
    • You’re relentlessly pushing for improvement, but always with respect and a solution-oriented mindset
