Responsibilities
Monitor player activity and generate regular reports to detect potential abuse, fraud, or irregular behavior.
Analyze data to identify suspicious patterns and escalate cases internally when needed.
Support the development and fine-tuning of risk thresholds, KPIs, and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Game Design teams to provide insights on risk-related trends.
Assist in validating new game releases by monitoring early performance and flagging potential mathematical or balance issues.
Maintain and update dashboards, queries, and reports for risk monitoring.
Contribute to the creation of internal documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
Stay informed about emerging fraud techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in risk management, fraud detection, data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and detect anomalies.
Knowledge of player behavior and common abuse/fraud scenarios (bonus abuse, collusion, account manipulation, etc.) will be considered as an advantage.
Basic understanding of game mathematics and RTP concepts will be considered as an advantage.
Good skills in SQL and at least one BI/reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures.
Good communication skills to share findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with curiosity to improve monitoring methods and tools.
