We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO department, working within the PPM (Portfolio & Project Management) team. This role involves managing cross-functional projects related to software development, platform integrations, and business process optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs
Ensure alignment with clients and business stakeholders through regular communication, updates, and expectation management
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration between internal departments and external partners
Track project progress and key performance indicators, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary to maintain project stability
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing process enhancements
Support and guide team members, fostering a positive, productive, and accountability-driven environment
Ensure adherence to internal standards, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
Experience in the gambling industry is an advantage
Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
Experience with Agile methodologies and experience with SAFe is considered a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization and problem-solving under pressure
Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment
Fast learner and self-starter with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery
PMI or SAFe certification is considered a plus
