Project Manager, PPM Team

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company clients’ goals and our business strategy
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and lead assigned team members in an effective and efficient manner
• Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams (developers, support teams, quality assurance engineers, DM, etc.) and external representatives (clients, partners, third-party vendors)
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Project estimation, tracking, reporting project progress, and delivery on time with high-quality
• Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis
• Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs to the plan and published reports
• Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives
• Manage the process of leading and developing team members to support the organization’s overall mission

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in the gambling industry is a plus
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with SAFe is a plus
• Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
• Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
• Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
• Proactive with great interpersonal skills
• SAFe/PMI/ Scrum Master Certification is a plus
• A team player with an interest in collaborating and working in a multicultural environment daily
• Mindset for getting things done in a timely and quality manner
• Fast learner and self-starter
• Excellent English level (both written and verbal)
