Responsibilities
Define project scope, tasks, resources, and schedule
Develop and manage a detailed WBS and project schedule
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and lead assigned team members in an effective and efficient manner
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Track, manage and report on project progress regarding deliverables, timeframes, quality, and risks to all stakeholders
Provide projections and actions on project changes, based on business, technological, situational, or client-influenced requirements
Proactively support members of the project from both internal teams (developers, support teams, quality assurance engineers, TDM’s etc.) and external representatives (clients, partners, third-party vendors)
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Information technologies, or relevant
Preferably 2 years of experience in Project Management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
Experience in the creation of mitigation plans, their application, and execution to avoid risks when able and to escalate those to key stakeholders if not avoided
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
