Position Overview

We seek a highly skilled and driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of multiple projects within our iGaming B2B operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of key programs and projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and budget

• Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Provide clear communication on program status to stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and external partners

• Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement processes within the program management function

• Work closely with internal teams (product, development, legal, compliance, etc.) to define and manage program requirements, scope, and goals

• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables

• Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency across teams, helping to break down silos and align efforts toward shared goals

• Track and report program progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including program status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the iGaming, gaming, or technology industry

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) preferred

• Experience with B2B platforms and/or SaaS products in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage

• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including online casino, sports betting, gaming regulations, and compliance.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, with a keen focus on deadlines and deliverables

• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive cross-functional collaboration

• Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.) and other software tools for reporting and tracking
