This is why we are expanding our Platform Department team and now looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    About the Role

    We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Product Owner to join our Product team and help us build the next generation of online casino experiences. As a PO, you will own part of our product roadmap, drive feature delivery end-to-end and collaborate closely with engineering, design, BI, operations and compliance to ensure we deliver high-quality, engaging and compliant gaming products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the product backlog for your domain – define, prioritize and refine epics, features, and user stories
    • Translate business goals and product vision into clear technical requirements for the development team
    • Work closely with UI/UX to craft seamless and intuitive player journeys
    • Ensure high-quality delivery by collaborating daily with development teams (Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives)
    • Align roadmap and feature priorities with Product Manager and stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Payments, Compliance, Risk, BI, Support)
    • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user behavior and analytics tools; propose optimizations based on data
    • Conduct competitor and market research to ensure our product stays ahead of the industry
    • Support feature rollout, internal documentation, and release communication

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Specialist, ideally in iGaming / casino / fintech / entertainment / e-commerce
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban/ Safe)
    • Analytical mindset – ability to read KPIs, A/B experiments and behavioral data
    • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing backlogs (Jira, Confluence)
    • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
    • Ability to take ownership, work independently and make decisions based on data and customer impact
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience specifically in online casino (slots, live casino, jackpots, gamification, promotions, player funnels)
    • Knowledge of responsible gaming, regulated markets and compliance specifics
    • UX/UI affinity and A/B testing experience
    • Technical background or familiarity with APIs and integration projects
