Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-7 developers and QA engineers
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise software projects based on the latest Microsoft .NET Framework, MVC, and Entity Framework
• Leverage and generate reusable design standards to be utilized throughout the platform
• Making code reviews of the other team members
• Introduction of new people in the projects
• Writing technical documentation

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role
• Ability to lead, handle, and organize development processes for complex software projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
• Excellent people skills – a demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status
• 5+ years of experience with .NET technology (at least 2 years as a part of the organization)
• Experience in distributing amounts of data between different platforms
• Experience with JavaScript, REST, Relational Database, Continuous integration (Jenkins)
• Experience with Design patterns, SOLID principles, Kibana & elastic search, Rabbit MQ, Kafka/Reddis
