Responsibilities
Monitor and track progress and completion of compliance-related trainings.
Keep lists and reports related to the completion of compliance-related trainings. (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, AML)
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and controls related to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, and local/international gambling regulations.
Support internal audits by preparing evidence, tracking corrective actions, and updating procedures.
Assisting with the development and review of internal policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and certification requirements.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, and Operations teams to collect compliance inputs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Law, Business Administration, Management, or related).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of one or more of the following:
Information Security Management Systems (e.g., ISO 27001)
Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Payment security standards (e.g., PCI DSS)
Gambling industry regulatory frameworks (preferably EU-based)
Familiarity with document control, audit processes, or risk management is a plus.
Experience working with Attlasian tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
