About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Integration Manager to oversee and manage the technical integration of third-party providers into our iGaming Platform. You will ensure smooth onboarding for partners and clients, support cross-functional teams, and manage integration pipelines across multiple jurisdictions and verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end integration process for third-party services
• Act as the primary point of contact between the platform and external integration partners
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure integrations meet business and regulatory needs
• Collaborate closely with product, development, QA and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of integration initiatives
• Manage change requests, version upgrades, and partner-specific configurations
• Aid in the configuration, testing, and deployment of integrations in staging and production environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes and protocols
• Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and tools to increase efficiency
• Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to provide effective resolutions

Requirements:

• Experience with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks)
• Good technical understanding of backend systems, authentication protocols and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience with API testing tools (like Postman)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities
• Previous iGaming industry experience will be considered as an advantage
