This is why we are expanding our Platform&Payments Department and now looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    The Head of Sportsbook Product is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy. Reporting to the Sportsbook Director, you will lead the development and enhancement of the sportsbook platform as a key vertical in the organization’s portfolio of products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Definition of a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy
    • Develop a product roadmap encompassing all aspects of the sportsbook vertical:
    •    o Trading capability – third party providers, owned IP and the colleague tools needed to deliver a profitable betting proposition suitable for global distribution
    •    o CRM – promotional mechanics and systematic capabilities that empower the organization to drive consumer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across its B2B partners
    •    o Sportsbook consumer interface – UX and feature sets that resonate with consumers from multiple geographic locations
    • Lead a Product Management team operating in a structure of multiple cross functional teams to deliver high-quality sportsbook products
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
    • Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends and competitor insight
    • Champion user experience best practices, ensuring seamless and engaging interfaces for internal colleagues, B2B partners and consumers
    • Establish effective feedback mechanisms from colleagues, B2B partners and consumers to inform product enhancements and prioritization decisions
    • Implement customer journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate team and product success
    • Encourage collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment on product goals
    • Ensure that all products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with product offerings
    • Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the sports betting or gaming industry
    • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and the wider betting industry
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
    • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
    • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum etc)
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Innovative thinker with an authentic passion for sports and gaming
    • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
    • Collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders
    • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
