    Responsibilities:

    • Define and evolve the Platform product’s long-term vision and strategy to support and advance the company’s business strategy.
    • Own and oversee the development, prioritization and execution of the Platform product roadmap.
    • Lead the continuous improvement of the product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring enhancements are delivered on schedule while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover customer needs, analyze industry trends and gather competitor insights.
    • Ensure the platform adapts to emerging market opportunities and evolving regulatory requirements through close collaboration with the Compliance team.
    • Collaborate with Program and Account Management teams to align product launches and ensure successful market adoption.
    • Promote innovation by aligning product development with evolving customer expectations and industry shifts, ensuring the platform’s long-term success.
    • Drive ongoing engagement with key customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate priorities and ensure the platform delivers maximum value.
    • Work in tandem with cross-departmental teams to synchronize strategies, resolve dependencies and achieve collective success.
    • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing Product Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and product excellence.
    • Establish and monitor clear performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate team and product success.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
    • Customer-obsessed and passionate about building great products.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
    • Expertise in defining and communicating product vision aligned with business goals.
    • Strong strategic planning and product roadmap development.
    • Strong commitment to consistently delivering superior product quality and driving continuous improvements.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum etc).
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
