    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for multiple projects supporting them from idea to realization
    • Move the project through the approval processes
    • Weekly reviews on the projects he/she is responsible for
    • Designing game mechanics and UX within the product
    • Analyzing product metrics and developing hypotheses
    • Maintaining design documentation
    • Collaborating with the development team and math
    • Generate ideas for new games engaging games
    • Follow casino game industry and good practices

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry
    • Experience in leading design meetings
    • Experience designing game systems
    • Understanding of typical slot game mechanics
    • Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and with good arguments
    • Analytical mindset and a good grasp of logic
    • Deep passion for games
    • Eye for visual details
    • Bonus – experience with unreal or unity
    • Bonus – math background
    • Bonus – art background
