Business Analyst, Professional Services Team

The position requires the candidate to lead the analysis conversation between the business and the development teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core product functionalities and features
• Translating the customer requests to detailed functional requirements
• Propose suggestions on how to improve analysis and data-driven decisions
• Risk identification, analysis and mitigation
• Constant interaction and knowledge exchange with Product Owner teams and Solution Architects
• Develop and hold a fundamental understanding of end-to-end player experience and needs
• Conduct research in different markets on the trends and gameplay
• Develop, implement, and conduct analysis on meaningful reports to facilitate decision-making

Requirements

• Prior experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the gambling industry with a focus on B2B platform technology or relevant experience with gambling operators
• Preferably computer science education
