We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Affiliate Integrations Expert to lead the onboarding and integration process for new clients. You will act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external integration partners to ensure a smooth and successful setup.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination, especially in affiliate marketing and platform integration contexts.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for new clients when comes to the affiliate software
Collect and assess client-specific requirements related to affiliate tracking, commission structures, reporting, and other functional needs
Translate client needs into clear, structured technical specifications
Formalize and document requirements for use by internal integration and development teams
Ensure that all requirements align with the capabilities of the affiliate platform and our system
Manage day-to-day communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and external integration partners
Track integration progress and coordinate clarification of evolving or additional requirements
Serve as the bridge between client needs and technical implementation
Provide hands-on training and support materials to ensure clients can effectively use the integrated system
Support clients through the go-live process, helping to resolve any initial usage questions or issues
Requirements:
Experience in affiliate marketing, technical project/account management, or platform integration
Familiarity with third-party affiliate platforms – experience working with MyAffiliates is a significant advantage
Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of tracking technologies (e.g., postbacks, pixels) and affiliate program operations
Experience in system testing, QA processes, or training delivery is a plus
