Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with the assigned clients/accounts.
Act as the main point of contact within your clients’ organizations
Constantly research and be aware of the content offered by your assigned accounts
Understand clients’ business needs and act as an advisor
Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product improvement
Proactively identify, plan, and execute customer growth enablers that will secure the company’s strategic long-term position
Develop, implement, and maintain an account plan that defines key customer revenue-driving activities, and activity objectives
Provides customers with up-to-date information on new features and services related to payment methods
Provides timely and effective resolution of customer complaints
Analyzes customer needs and offers solutions for optimizing payment processes, including integration of new methods and technologies
Monitors upcoming requirements, needs and expectations of users
Works closely with product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new payment services
Initiates improvements in payment methods processes and services in order to increase customer satisfaction
Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
Requirements:
3+ years of experience within the online B2B industry as an Account Manager or Project Manager (will be considered as an advantage)
Experience in the online gaming and payments industries
Experience managing key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving established revenue targets
Experience in remote account management and/or support
Strong negotiation skills
A problem solver proactive approach
Good levels of experience working to contractually agreed commercial terms
Experience drafting proposals and presenting to clients
