It’s an exciting time to join eDynamix! Due to continued expansion and sustained growth eDynamix Bulgaria is currently looking for a JuniorSupport Desk Analyst to join our Plovdiv office.
Working as a member of our Support Team you will be required to categorise, prioritise, and take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and help resolving these in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on delivering first-class customer support. No question is less important. You will be required to categorise, prioritise, and take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and help resolving these in a timely manner.
We need you in our team
Our new Junior Support Desk Analyst will:
Log customer problems a pro-actively work towards fixing issues in a timely manner
Support customers in their everyday use of the system and offer advise
Perform routine database maintenance tasks
and has the following skills:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent listening skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients, ask the correct questions, establish the problem, and explain the solution
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Ability to work to pre-defined deadlines
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, team player spirit
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn
It will be also great if you have experience in any of the following technologies:
Knowledge of SQL/Relational database principals
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
