As an Associate Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting IT initiatives within the Sofia Tech, ensuring delivery aligns with both local and enterprise-wide priorities.
You’ll be leading the effective onboarding our new and growing team in Sofia; parterning with HR to build our Brand and culture, working with local universities to build a talent pipeline, engage with local organisations and conferences, lead employee engagement initatives, work with our facilities team – everything we need to run an effective operation.
In addition you’ll be working on technology projects where you’ll help guide them from planning to execution, balancing the flexibility of Agile with the structure of Waterfall where needed to ensure successful outcomes. By supporting collaboration across squads, managing risks and dependencies, and applying delivery best practices, you’ll contribute to the smooth delivery of high-impact IT solutions that meet business needs.
This is a role for someone eager to grow at the intersection of delivery and strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT and the business, building strong relationships while providing clear communication on progress, risks, and outcomes. From assisting with resourcing and governance activities to supporting Agile practices within squads, you’ll help shape delivery models that enable the Sofia Tech to thrive. If you’re ready to contribute to cross-functional initiatives, learn from experienced leaders, and strengthen the Hub’s delivery capability, this is the perfect opportunity to build your career in Agile delivery.
