    The perfect candidate

    • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role—ideally within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or insurance sectors.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centric product design.
    • Comfortable working with technical teams; able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    • Experience with testing, quality assurance, and post-launch monitoring.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
