    Join a team that powers a cutting-edge unified communications platform used by businesses worldwide to streamline messaging, video meetings, and phone systems – all from one place. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about keeping complex systems running smoothly.

    Core tasks:

    • Ensure reliability of Linux-based services across hybrid infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with other teams to maintain production stability.
    • Participate in on-call rotations (one week every three weeks) to resolve incidents.
    • Plan capacity and optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
    • Automate workflows and build internal tools using Python or Shell.

    Experience and skills:

    • 2-3 years of experience as SRE/DevOps.
    • Solid knowledge of Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, and network routing.
    • Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
    • Hands-on troubleshooting skills in UNIX-based environments.

    Nice to haves:

    • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Zabbix, ELK, Grafana)
    • Experience debugging Java applications.
    • Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Nginx, SQL/NoSQL databases.
