What you’ll do:
Execute and refine manual test cases, ensuring precise and reliable results
Collaborate closely with QA Engineers and developers to track, reproduce, and resolve issues
Maintain, review, and update test documentation and reports
Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to manage and track test execution
Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Apply, evolve, and champion QA best practices while contributing domain expertise in telecom testing
What you’ll need to thrive:
Solid professional experience in manual software testing (telecom experience is a strong plus)
Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar collaboration tools)
Proficiency with test management tools such as Zephyr
Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to follow and improve testing processes
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Business English
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior QA team members
Passion for quality and eagerness to drive improvements in QA practices
