Core tasks:
Design and build distributed, event-driven backend services using Go.
Own end-to-end development – from planning and architecture to implementation, deployment, and observability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
Drive architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making and documentation.
Mentor teammates and promote clean, maintainable, and scalable engineering practices.
Ensure system reliability through testing, monitoring, logging, and incident response.
Participate in technical discovery sessions and customer-facing technical workshops.
Requirements:
6+ years of backend engineering experience, including work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Strong knowledge of Go (3+ years).
Experience building scalable microservices and designing APIs.
Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to navigate changing priorities and collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a proactive engineering mindset.
