• Successfully configure and implement full-lifecycle ERP implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Finance and Operations (F&O)
• Lead customer-facing requirement gathering sessions and establish strong internal and external relationships
• Interpret requirements and develop solutions that cover financial requirements alongside the E2E business flows
• Assess and estimate time-to-completion on task from conception to delivery
• Hands-on system configuration and delegation and assignment of work to others, working independently and alongside a team, collaborating with team members of different skill levels
• Create and own gap/fit, solution document, design documents, training documents, etc. as needed
• Develop a future roadmap for the financial systems and processes
• Work with development team to test enhancements
• Work with/update project management tools such as Azure DevOps
• Work with project module and fixed assets
• Implement All Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project module)
• Escalate/ask/recruit assistance when stuck and raise issues as soon as noticed
