Assist in defining Product Development (CP03) methods and processes and actively contribute to their implementation into our systems.
Collaborate with and support the LPDP (Lean Product Development Process) community in developing, rolling out, and operating various elements of LPDP.
Contribute to setting standards for processes within and between departments within the specified scope.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to driving change
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, providing input and suggestions for implementation when applicable.
Coordinate and assist in managing cross-departmental implementation and change projects related to product development processes, product lifecycle management, and integrated engineering systems
Requirements:
Knowledge in engineering, computer science or related field.
Familiarity with frameworks and (process) standards in the automotive product development field, such as ASPICE, ISO/IEC12207, ISO26262, etc.
Experience in utilizing process management tools and related software for engineering processes (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, Polarion ALM software, etc.), as well as exposure to project management and document management tools.
Developing analytical and problem-solving skills in dealing with complex systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Basic understanding of Lean Engineering and an interest in continuous improvement processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Aptitude for working in a cross-functional and international environment, with an eagerness to contribute to change initiatives
