Backend Developer

We have an open position for a Backend Software Developer to join our team working on the development of a system for automatically managing delivery processes with long-life (2 months of continuous work) pipelines based on AWS Step Functions.

Our pipelines automatically interact with other teams and internal company tools, make decisions and resolve release conflicts. The main goal of the project is to make the difficult release process fully automatic.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the system.
• Design, plan, and estimate tasks collaboratively with the team.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and administration departments, gathering requirements, expanding system functionality, and releasing new versions.

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend system development using Python 3.
• Understanding the architecture and development of serverless applications (AWS Lambda, AWS StepFunctions, AWS SQS).
• Experience CI/CD tools and processes (GitLab CI, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins).
• Experience in developing high-availability systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React/Vue.js.
• Knowledge of Node JS.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI etc.
