If you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree — ideally in Business, IT, Mathematics, or a related field
• A tech-savvy mindset with a strong curiosity for diving deep into data
• A genuine passion for digital marketing and sales, with the drive to explore emerging trends
• Strong analytical thinking, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
• The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid strategic planning abilities, capable of structuring complex workstreams while balancing long-term vision with iterative execution
• Good knowledge on Python and Spark

And you’re excited to:

• Gather, preprocess, and validate data from AI applications, logs, and business systems.
• Track and analyze key metrics (accuracy, latency, cost, user engagement, satisfaction).
• Quality Monitoring – Identify data drift, anomalies, and trends affecting LLM performance or business reliability.
• Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate model performance and user data into actionable recommendations for product or strategy.
