We are now looking for a SICS Senior Business Analyst to join our Insurance Industry Organization.

Daily challenges

• Take responsibility of assigned tasks as part of an implementation project or postproduction support.
• Be engaged with clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Gather requirements via interviews and workshop facilitation.
• Perform assigned tasks maintaining schedule, ensuring timely and quality of deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance, assisting teams in resolving complex business and technical challenges.
• Conduct data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of reinsurance transactions and reporting.
• Plan and execute application testing to determine accuracy and adequacy of new and modified product features.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, workflows, and training materials.
• Provide training and remote support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of reinsurance systems and processes.

Experience and skills required

• Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst.
• Good knowledge in BI Tools (MS Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results independently.
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Personal curiosity and problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working within reinsurance or insurance.
• Knowledge of relational databases Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in software testing and quality management.
