The Senior Business Analyst is an integral part of our business analysts’ team. The Senior BA is working in close collaboration with Clients and account delivery teams to analyze and document clients’ business requirements and the corresponding processes within the organization to support the development of solutions in a form of software/applications
Daily challenges
Collecting, analyzing, and documenting the key clients’ requirements for the development of the software product.
Producing standards, procedures, etc. that support the development of the software product and are related to its proper functioning.
Quality and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Act as an escalation point to junior and regular business analysts in case of delay or inability to perform the tasks.
Experience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent in IT, Economics, Insurance, Management, Finance, etc. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience with GraphTalk
5+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
Fluent in written and verbal English
Previous experience in business consulting and/or software products development.
Expert level in business analysis techniques and tools.
Expert knowledge in business process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
ECBA Certification is a plus.
