We are searching for a new member of our team who is eager to help develop applications for our Insurance Business customers in Europe. Together we grow professionally and take part in the integration of a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution for managing the whole insurance business, which has more than 100 implementations in 25 countries across the world.
Daily challenges
Participate in daily activities regarding program coding, testing and implementation
Take lead development roles on projects including responsibility of the full development lifecycle and architectural decisions
Contribute to modifying company products and/or customer/ internal systems
Design, prepare, and execute unit tests
Perform code and peer reviews while following the best practices
Develop and review feature design documents and provide input/ update to specifications for the solution
Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
eXperience and skills required
5+ years of experience with GraphTalk
Experience in Workers Compensation Insurance domain
Knowledge in the Financial or Insurance sector
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related technical field
Good knowledge and understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Relational Databases
Practical experience with REST and SOAP API technology would be an advantage
Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Service oriented behavior and good communication skills to handle internal and external clients
Good command of English as the working language
Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an advantage
