    We’re looking for a driven Automation and Analytic Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on innovative projects involving contract lifecycle management, automation tools, and AI to transform and enhance our legal and operational workflows.

     

    Daily challenges

    • Utilize your background in legal technology and contract management to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of legal tech tools and applications.
    • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Suite, including PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot.
    • Create and manage RPA solutions, including Power Automate Desktop and Chatbot development to drive efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
    • Apply knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and related technologies to improve processes and derive actionable insights.
    • Analyze data and leverage insights to develop actionable solutions that drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
    • Proactively identify and create solutions to challenges, leveraging critical thinking and a visionary approach to problem-solving.

     

    Experience and skills required

    • Fluent in English
    • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in data analytics and engineering, data modeling, process and workflow automation.
    • Automation Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate Suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, etc.), SharePoint, RPA Power Automate Desktop, and Chatbot development.
    • Data and Analytics: Ability to generate, analyze, and act on insights from data. Familiarity with analytics tools such as DAX, SQL, Power Query, Python, KQL, VBA, Visual Basic, etc.
    • Generative AI: Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and the application of AI in process optimization.
    • Legal Technology: Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Obligation Lifecycle Management (OLM) tools is a plus.
    • Team Skills: Consistently available in evenings to collaborate with US-based colleagues and fluent in spoken and written English communication.
