About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Technology Architect with deep expertise in the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) platform to join our organization. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate closely with the business department to design robust technical solutions that meet organizational needs. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and the development team, ensuring seamless translation of requirements into actionable solutions. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, requiring a candidate with both visionary leadership and practical implementation skills in IBM CP4BA.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Strategy:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design scalable, efficient technical solutions using IBM CP4BA.
• Develop architectural frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for the platform.

Implementation and Development:

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Actively participate in the development and configuration of the IBM CP4BA platform.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for all CP4BA-related projects.

Quality Assurance and Optimization:

• Oversee solution testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Continuously optimize platform performance and scalability.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Educational Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM CP4BA.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation components, including Workflow, Decisions, and Content.
• Experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions.
• Proficiency in integration techniques and APIs for connecting IBM CP4BA with other enterprise systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred):

• IBM Certified Solution Architect – Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
• Other relevant IBM or cloud certifications.
