Senior Product Designer (Continuous Product Discovery)

Shape Digital Banking for More Than 2 Million Clients

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Continuous Product Discovery (CPD) team and help shape the future of digital banking at scale. This role is for a designer who goes beyond execution — someone who leads discovery, influences product strategy, builds systems, and grows people.

You will play a key role in embedding Continuous Product Discovery practices across product teams, strengthening our design system, and mentoring designers to raise the overall quality and impact of design across the organization. Your work will directly affect how millions of customers experience our digital products every day.

Your Role: What You Will Do

As a Senior Product Designer, you will operate as a strategic partner to Product Owners and Tech Leads, helping teams make better decisions through evidence, customer insight, and strong design craft. You will balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities in discovery, systems, and people development.

Lead and Scale Continuous Product Discovery

• Lead continuous customer discovery through interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research.

• Translate insights into clear opportunity statements, user stories, and hypotheses.

• Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops, helping teams explore multiple solution paths.

• Coach product teams in outcome-oriented thinking, moving from features to customer and business impact.

• Help define and embed CPD ways of working across squads.

Design, Validate & Deliver at Scale

• Create and review low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas early.

• Design high-quality, accessible, and intuitive interfaces in Figma for mobile, web, and internal platforms.

• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and consistency.

• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product and experience coherence.

Build and Evolve the Design System

• Lead the development, governance, and evolution of the design system.

• Define reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that scale across multiple product teams.

• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

• Align design system decisions with both customer needs and technical constraints.

Mentor, Coach & Grow Designers

• Mentor and coach less experienced designers, supporting their growth in discovery, design craft, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Provide constructive feedback through design reviews and 1:1 coaching.

• Help establish best practices, shared standards, and a strong design culture.

• Act as a role model for evidence-based decision-making and customer advocacy.

Influence Product Strategy & Stakeholders

• Represent the voice of the customer in product and strategic discussions.

• Use research insights and data to influence prioritization and investment decisions.

• Support teams in navigating ambiguity and making confident, evidence-based decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

• Proven track record of designing and delivering digital applications, including mobile and/or web apps used at scale.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including complex prototyping and collaboration workflows.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Solid experience working in cross-functional product teams with Product Owners and engineers.

• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery activities and translate insights into product direction.

• Experience contributing to or leading a design system.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Result-oriented, proactive, and self-driven mindset.

• Experience mentoring or coaching designers is a strong advantage.
