As we expand our performance and people analytics capabilities, we are seeking forward-thinking Senior Business Intelligence and People Insights Analyst to help build this function from the ground up and shape how data and AI guide our people strategy.

    What You’ll Find Here

    🌟 Build and Lead from Scratch – Be part of the founding team establishing DSK Bank’s People Analytics function. You will design frameworks, implement tools, and introduce new ways of using data and AI to drive smarter decisions about performance, talent, and culture.

    📊 Advanced Analytics & Smart Automation – Apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI to strengthen workforce and performance management. Automate key reporting and visualization processes, delivering clear, timely insights that empower senior management to act with confidence.

    🚀 Executive Visibility & Impact – Work closely with C-level leaders and senior managers, delivering actionable insights that shape strategy across the organization. Your work will directly influence how we recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

    🤝 Collaboration Across the Bank – Partner with experts from HR, IT, Finance, and business divisions to create unified, data-driven solutions that align people metrics with performance outcomes.


    Your Role & Key Areas of Expertise:

    • Data Management and Integration: Ensure clean data and streamlined data workflows. Integrate information from multiple internal and external sources to provide a comprehensive view of people and performance processes.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting Automation: Develop dynamic dashboards, detailed reports, and visualization tools that empower stakeholders to monitor key people processes, track KPIs, and identify trends. Automate HR reporting and analytics processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
    • Entrepreneurial Drive: Shape the people analytics function to deliver actionable insights supporting business leaders. Use data to inform strategic decisions on talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, training, and change management.
    • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and visualization techniques to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and IT experts to understand their needs and design custom analytics solutions. Synthesize complex data to influence decisions at all levels, including C-level executives.
    • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of business intelligence and people analytics systems. Leverage Low Code / No Code tools to streamline manual processes and support scalable automation initiatives across HR and analytics functions.

    You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

    • Technical Expertise: Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, BI tools (especially Power BI), and programming languages (Python). Hands-on experience with Low Code / No Code (LCNC) platforms, particularly Power Apps, is a strong advantage for creating user-friendly automated solutions.
    • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
    • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes and exposure to people- and performance-management data sources, metrics, and KPIs.
    • Adaptability: Ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-impact environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Leadership: Proactive, impact-driven personality with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
    • Self-Motivation: Passion for continuous improvement and professional growth within the banking industry.
    • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, ideally with experience integrating LCNC solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
