Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our IT team as a Monitoring Development Specialist

 Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring development of real-time alerts for availability, performance and capacity of the Bank service`s.
• Proactive monitoring to prevent problems before clients see them.
• Prepare analysis of systems and actively communicate with 2, 3rd level support / vendors for monitoring improvement.
• Work in close collaboration with Technical Platform teams and Business teams.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant;
• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Application support, Dev Ops engineer or similar role;
• Good knowledge of Windows or Unix/Linux servers/environments;
• Experience with Windows or Unix/Linux applications;
• Good understanding of hardware and software;
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
• “Can do” – service-oriented attitude;
• Team player with a positive attitude;
• Good level of English;

What will consider as advantage:

• Experience with Python;
• Oracle and MS SQL Databases queries knowledge;
• Knowledge on ITIL processes;
• Experience with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.
