We are looking for: IT Operations and Monitoring Expert in Sofia/Varna
Main Responsibilities:
Perform daily and periodic operational tasks related to processing in the core banking system and associated satellite systems, working on a 24/7 shift schedule, and communicate with the next level of support.
Continuously monitor and control assigned information systems and applications on a 24/7 shift basis.
Perform daily and periodic procedures related to proactive diagnostics of critical IT systems.
Timely identify, log, and escalate incidents and assist in their resolution.
Initiate and manage incident resolution procedures at first-level support.
Perform first-level Service Desk functions outside regular working hours, in accordance with procedures for providing employee support.
Requirements:
Higher or secondary specialized education;
Working proficiency in English;
Basic knowledge of various operating systems;
Ability to work with application systems operating on different platforms;
Teamwork skills, good communication, and responsiveness;
Psychological and behavioral stability under stress;
Attention to detail;
Diagnostic skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Discipline;
Experience with SQL queries.
Advantages:
