IT Business Analyst

The specific position we are looking to hire for is IT Business Analyst for new core banking system (CBS), where you will:

• Become an expert in a business area in a combination with business domains from IT perspective, e.g., Retail Clients, Corporate Clients, Retail lending, Corporate lending, Retail and Corporate payment accounts, Deposit, Pricing and Packages, Payments, payment cards, Product set-up, etc.
• Become familiar with all the specifics of the new CBS system in terms of capabilities, parametrization, integration options.
• Gather, Analyze and document Business Requirements by contacting professional experts
• Build knowledge of end-to-end business processes, systems and tools.
• Model business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Create functional specifications for solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Positioned in the Program – dedicated 100% to the Project, reporting to project structure.
• Responsible and obtained deep expertise for particular CBS domain/s (e.g. Payments) and responsible as single point of contact in IT for delivery of Business specifications of the respective domain for the CBS renewal program.
• Responsible for consolidation or business requirement coming from subject matter experts (SMEs) from all Business Markets (24) and respective for the domain Non-market units.
• Work with Business SMEs and IT System analysts to consolidate and specify business requirements for the respective domain.
• Participate in the trainings by the vendor and learn the system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in respective domain
• Have “basic” knowledge on the technology (coding, database) and technological possibilities.
• It is expected to know the business objectives for processes in the respective domain and it is NOT expected to do programming.
• Flexibility and capability to recognize and adapt CBS functionality implemented for certain Market to other’s Market needs, disregarding the Client segment (retail or corporate).
• English language (business level) is a must, to communicate with HQ and vendor, including for translation of Business requirements from SMEs;
