    Expert digitalization of banking services

     

    Role Overview :

    • Digital documents Management/change and signing in the phygital jurneys in the company.
    • Participate in projects that integrate physical and digital customer channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Analyze customer behavior, credit workflows, and digital data to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
    • Research and share best practices and emerging trends in digital customer engagement and credit management.
    • Collaborate closely with internal business units, technology partners, and external suppliers to translate IT delivery needs into clear requirements and successfully deliver projects.
    • Assist in negotiating, monitoring, and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure partner performance and service quality.
    • Prepare business proposals and develop process improvement plans to support senior management decision-making.
    • Optimize costs and monitor the effectiveness of business cases related to digital transformation initiatives.
    • Design and deliver training materials and presentations to facilitate the smooth adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

     

    You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

    • Proven experience in digital projects, business analysis, or project management.
    • ITIL Foundation certification or strong expertise in IT service management.
    • Deep understanding of credit processes and customer lifecycle management.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret credit and digital performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
    • Highly motivated to continuously develop and enhance skills in expenditure monitoring and data analysis.
