Currently we are looking for an innovative and ambitious person to join us as an

 CPD (Continuous product discovery) / UX Designer

If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead Continuous Product Discovery: Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to manage and facilitate an ongoing product discovery process, including:
• Conduct customer interviews and analyze feedback to gain insights.
• Identify problems and opportunities; translate them into actionable user stories.
• Facilitate ideation sessions to brainstorm and identify optimal solutions.
• Design and test wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Create and evaluate high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop visual assets and interfaces for screens and websites.
• Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to ensure product development aligns with real customer needs.
• Design System Contribution: Play an active role in the creation and evolution of a design system that supports consistency and scalability.
• Implementation Coordination: Oversee the implementation of design, development, and new features across websites, apps, and tools in partnership with developers and Product Owners.
• Support and Coaching: Provide guidance to the Product Owner on evaluating, analyzing, and scoping project solutions from the customer or user perspective.
• User-Centric Recommendations: Offer informed recommendations to Product Owners, development teams, and other designers based on user feedback, iterative testing and the latest design solutions.
• Market and Competitor Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, including competitor websites, apps, and tools, to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage relationships and workflows with subcontractors, including web developers, programmers, and internal IT teams.

You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

• Practical experience in the field of UX/UI.
• Very good command of Figma.
• Excellent command of English.
• Result focused, self-driven and motivated personality;
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
