Senior Delivery Operations Analyst

This is a great chance to expand our team, and we’re currently looking for a Senior Delivery Operations Analyst. What you’ll be doing:

Financial & Project Analysis

• Monitor and analyse project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Prepare regular internal reports highlighting variances, trends, and opportunities for efficiencies.
• Review contractor invoices and team time/costs for project invoicing.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data to support decision-making.

Risk & Issue Management

• Maintain project risk registers in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Identify, assess, and track potential risks across projects.
• Contribute to mitigation planning and escalate risks where support is needed.

Reporting & Data Management

• Develop and deliver regular updates for leadership on project financials and risks.
• Maintain KPIs, milestones, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Safeguard data integrity across all reporting processes.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support

• Contribute to project debriefs, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
• Help build and maintain Stakeholder Maps/RACI matrices.
• Support project resource planning, ensuring timely onboarding of team members.
• Manage team holiday trackers to highlight resourcing needs and role coverage.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with confidence in engaging different stakeholders.
• A proactive team player who can spot risks, highlight inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Previous experience in project support, financial analysis, or operations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
