UX/UI Designer

Currently, we are seeking a skilled and innovative UX/UI Designer with a keen eye for exceptional user interface design. As a member of our design team, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and user-centric digital experiences for our partners. Your expertise in user research, ideation, prototyping, and user interface design will be crucial in shaping the overall user experience and interface design.

If you join our team you will: 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers to conceptualize and execute exceptional user interface designs
• Create and uphold a standardized design system and pattern library to maintain visual consistency and cohesion across all products
• Perform user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user needs and behaviors, leveraging data to guide design choices
• Design user flows, wireframes, and information architecture to establish clear navigation and seamless user interactions within digital interfaces
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate and validate design solutions. Use rapid prototyping tools to iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders and users
• Craft visually stunning and consistent UI’s that align with the overall brand identity while providing a delightful user experience across various platforms
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality of design solutions and incorporate innovative approaches

What qualifications you should have: 

• At least 3 years of experience as an UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of successful projects and impactful user experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, including examples of projects applying Design Thinking principles
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage
