Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The person will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI systems to solve complex business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers
• Conduct thorough data analysis and model validation to ensure robustness and reliability of solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering
• Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in a production environment
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in Python, and deep experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong proficiency in data processing and analysis (SQL, Pandas, Spark)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization

Nice to have: 

• Experience in deploying models using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
