THE CROWN IS YOURS

We’re looking for an inspiring and hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead our Casino HUB team. This team is critical to building and scaling our enterprise software platform – an ecosystem of microservices delivering real-time, high-throughput APIs across web and backend systems. From backend transaction processing to frontend casino content delivery, your leadership will help elevate platform quality, ensure seamless integration, and drive engineering excellence.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers, product and delivery managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and execute strategy. You’ll guide your team through complex technical challenges and foster a culture rooted in ownership, high performance, and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER MANAGER

• Lead a high-performing full-stack engineering team responsible for casino gameplay operations and transactional systems.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to scope and deliver scalable backend services in .NET and modern frontend applications in React and TypeScript.
• Ensure alignment with backend systems, database design, and cross-platform integration to deliver reliable, cohesive solutions.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions that meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Mentor and coach engineers of varying experience levels with structured feedback, goal setting, and career development.
• Foster engineering best practices, system observability, and quality-focused delivery.
• Support hiring efforts and cultivate a diverse and inclusive team culture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, promoting high performance, and supporting individual growth.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, including system-level design and API architecture. (C#/.NET or Node.js)
• Solid experience with frontend technologies like React.js and TypeScript.
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and clear communication abilities.
• A deep appreciation for clean, maintainable code, system health monitoring, and scalable architecture.
