• Develop and implement a hybrid cloud strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Global End to End responsibility for all cloud and on premises server infrastructure in dormakaba
• Managing a service portfolio and project delivery
• Assess new technologies for ongoing service improvements
• Drives global projects to standardize and improve hybrid cloud services
• Ensures stable and sustainable 24×7 global services operations
• Managing global vendors and outsourcing partners
• Responsible for cost controlling and overall service budgets
• Managing KPIs and SLAs across the services
• Leading global transition, transformation and consolidation projects
• Consults both business and IT in leveraging solutions for highest efficiency

Experience that matters: Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud and on-premise server technologies including Azure, IaaS, PaaS and hyperconverged infrastructures.
• Proven track record of managing global project teams and service providers.
• Strong analytic skills and executive communication.
• Experience with vendor management and delivering through partner organizations.
• Certified ITIL v4 foundation
• Demonstrated teamwork, positive attitude and good rapport with peers and customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced continually changing environment.
• High-energy, creativity in overcoming obstacles and keeping projects on track
