    Tech Stack / Requirements

    As a Program Manager, you’ll drive strategic IT transformation initiatives across multiple business units and global locations, ensuring successful delivery of complex, high-impact programs that shape our organization’s future.

    A job that matters: Your Tasks

     

    Strategic Program Leadership

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream IT implementation programs
    • Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
    • Drive cross-functional alignment across business units and geographical locations

    Stakeholder & Communication Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison between C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
    • Facilitate effective communication across all program levels
    • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

    Operational Excellence

    • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks
    • Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
    • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

    Risk & Issue Management

    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
    • Lead escalation management and crisis resolution
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

     

    An experience that matters: Your Skills

     

    Essential Experience

    • 8+ years leading complex, international IT implementation programs
    • Preferably 4 years Management Consulting (in Tech, Boutique or Big4)
    • Proven track record managing programs >$5M budget and cross-functional teams
    • Deep expertise in both Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
    • Demonstrated success presenting to and influencing C-level executives
    • Strong vendor and partner management experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven track record in managing security-related initiatives (ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC implementation or vulnerability management)
    • Experience in digital transformation initiatives
    • Experience with outsourcing service delivery and governance
    • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
    • P&L management experience
    • Change management and organizational transformation
    • Business case development and benefits realization tracking
    • Multi-vendor ecosystem management

    Additional Requirements

    • Willingness to travel occasionally
    • Fluent English; fluent German is a plus
