The Operational Technology Security Architect is responsible for the secure OT Security Architecture and design, protecting dormakaba from any kind of Cyber Security attacks through OT devices.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Plan, implement and monitor OT system security measures to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of data and production systems.
• Perform risk analysis and develop security concepts for OT systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and take appropriate countermeasures.
• Advising on project risk management based on applicable standards and regulations, and advising decision makers on migration, change or conversion measures to increase resilience.
• Advising project teams on the procurement and implementation of new production machinery and systems
• Monitoring and analyzing OT security incidents to quickly respond to potential threats and take appropriate remedial action
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and actively shaping the future OT security strategy within dormakaba.
• With your in-depth knowledge of security trends and technologies, you will actively contribute to the further development of our IT and OT security.
• Recording of all OT assets within dormakaba in SNOW
• Support of the SOC team in case of OT Sec. incidents.
• Integration of new OT devices according to the developed OT concepts
• Regular review of the OT processes
• Definition of OT security requirements for new machines
• Responsible for the elimination of weaknesses in the OT area

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong cybersecurity background and experience in IT or OT cybersecurity.
• Basic project management experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience implementing and operating IT and OT security solutions such as Microsoft 365 Defender for IoT, Azure Security, or PaloAlto IoT and understanding of the typical challenges in these areas.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel is not required, but desirable.
